We use 1 Two Tree Trimming regularly to trim all the trees in our yard. They do a great job from start to finish. I always feel like they are knowledgeable, professional and do the work at a fair price. We recently had them out for the third time and will continue to use them in the future.

Hello robert! please please answer your phone its been months of me pressing 2 and getting hit with the voicemail. I left a voice mail twice. Now I leave you a review explaining our situation. Robert was hired to remove three trees and trim others at my property back in April. As part of the contract for the tree removal and trimming, he agreed to return to grind the tree stumps. All og this was in agreement when he first came to scop out my property. After completing the tree work when he came back with help, he signed the agreement and assured me that he would return for the stump grinding because I was very paranoid that he would not return. At the end of May, he confirmed that he would come back to grind the stumps once he secured another client for stump grinding to rent the machine needed to do the work. I paid him in full after the tree removal and trimming were completed. The tree cutting and limps were done right. However, after rescheduling and promising to show up, Robert never followed through. He didn’t answer my calls since June scheduled date, and I’ve been trying to reach him every other week and today again August 4th 2025. Although Roberts employees did a good job on the tree removal and trimming, Robert completely failed to honor his commitment regarding the stump grinding which was included in the price. After months of trying to get in touch, I am reluctantly leaving this review as a warning to others. Robert did not keep his word and left me hanging.

I had a great experience with 1 two tree trimming service. The crew did an absolute amazing job with trim, care, spray, and clean-up for both of the full days they were there. The owner, Robert Elwood, was on sight everyday and was available to answer any questions or concerns I had about the job. He is extremely knowledgeable and when it comes to the fear of Oak Wilt and he really made me confident that I chose the right company to handle what I consider a very important job not only for my residence, but my community as well. I will always use Robert and his company going forward for both large and small jobs.

Great service! I had solar installed on my home requiring a 30 foot oak tree to be trimmed. The team came in cut the tree as much as they could without hurting the tree and proving the solar panels as much sun as possible. Team cleaned up after themselves and left it like they weren’t even there. I’ll be a return customer for sure.

With all of the ice and downed trees and limbs, we had Robert and his crew come out to haul off everything. We had a couple full trees go down and a bunch of limbs. Robert was very informative and friendly. His crew did a fantastic job and cleared everything in about 4 hrs. Highly recommend!

A reassessment of 1-Two Tree Trimming service. Robert, the owner returned my call and explained that he had been ill due to Covid and unable to be in touch with his customers. I fully understand why he could not return my calls. I have used 1-Two Tree Trimming again in 2022 and again Jan 2023. His bid was the best out of several quotes but the most important to me was his, and his team's best service. I had two Cedar Oak trees trimmed of dry branches and ball-moss cleaned. And a huge Oak tree that was leaning towards my roof cut down. I am more than satisfied with the thorough and quality service given. I highly recommend 1-Two Tree Trimming for your tree needs. I'm very disappointed with 1 Two Tree Trimming. I had excellent tree trimming services by them in 2018 on two different times. This time a huge tree limp broke and fell partially hitting my roof. I called 1 Two Tree Trimming several times and left voice messages but they never answered nor returned my calls. I even left a message that I was calling again because they had previously provided great service and up to this day 1 Two Tree Trimming has not made the effort to call me. I checked their website and the business indicates they're still in business. So I have no clue why they refuse to return my call. Anybody???

Robert and his crew did a superb job. My trees were very over grown and in serious need of trimming. Additionally, one tree needed to be removed. Great service, fantastic job and they did a great clean up. I highly recommend 1 Two Tree Services.
